2. Account Verification & KYC
- We enforce a strict secure ID verification process for all members.
- To maintain transparency and compliance, only one PAN Card is permitted per unique member ID.
- Clear and legible writing is required on all submitted physical and digital documents.
3. Packages & Subscriptions
Users can commence their journey with Evansh by opting for one of the following structured plans. Both require a full acceptance of company policies:
- Starter Package: Available for a one-time payment of ₹3000.00.
- Premium Package: Available for a one-time payment of ₹5600.00.
4. Income, Bonuses & Payout Structure
Evansh offers multiple revenue streams with no income capping on sponsor-to-sponsor payouts. The income types include:
- Direct Referral Income, Binary Income, and Single Leg Income.
- Performance Awards and Monthly Rewards based on achievement tiers.
Matching & Level Bonuses are distributed across four specific product tiers:
- Premium Cream Tier: 25%
- Serum Tier: 25%
- Gel Tier: 25%
- Tube Tier: 25%
5. Deductions & Financial Compliance
Evansh is fully compliant with the regulatory norms of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) under the Companies Act, 2013.
- An Admin fee of 8% is applicable on all payouts.
- A mandatory TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) of 2% will be deducted from all earnings as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Payments are securely processed via standard banking channels. SWIFT/BIC codes are required for international transactions.
6. Amendments
Evansh BiomultitradeX India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, update, or otherwise change any or all of the Terms of Use, conditions, and provisions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments.
